James Place Unveiled at Grand Opening

Partners O'Reilly Development Company, LLC and Burrell Behavioral Health gathered Tuesday with Springfield City Councilman, Mayor Pro Tem Ken McClure and Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce President Matt Morrow to commemorate the $5.5 million development. O'Reilly Development Partner Denise Heintz and Burrell President & CEO Dr. Todd Schaible perform the honors of the ribbon cutting. The special needs and affordable housing community located at 2420 W. Grand Street in Springfield, Missouri was celebrated among residents, project partners and community supporters.
